The School of Allied Health Sciences (AYUSH) at Khongnangthaba University organised a workshop on the scope of Ayush Pharmacy on 12^th January 2024. The workshop aimed to explore the potential and opportunities in the field of Ayush (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) pharmacy. It included sessions on the principles of Ayush systems, the role of pharmacists in Ayush, and the regulatory framework governing Ayush medicines. Experts from the Ayush industry, academia, and regulatory bodies participated in the workshop. The event provided valuable insights for students and professionals interested in pursuing careers in Ayush pharmacy, emphasizing the growing importance of alternative and complementary medicine.
